Your "Going Paperless" class sounds useful. Will you continue to keep it up for a while? (Especially since you may generate some more interest with your newsletter.)
Thanks for another interesting and delightful column! I especially wanted to thank you for recommending Portrait Artist and Landscape Artist of the Year. Those shows got me through my bout of Covid. They were thoroughly enjoyable and didn't demand too much of my foggy brain. Who'd have thought watching other people paint could be so fascinating?! Thanks again.
No Dutch heritage on my side--we're here because some friends are spending the month here & they invited us. Just nice to hang out with friends in a beautiful city!
yes, I like that out of register look! Figuring how to layer on the colors so they have that seriograph vibe is the thing I'm still trying to figure out.
You make a difference in my world. I love looking for your newsletters and art posts. You touch a playful side of my imagination and heart. Thank you for all that you do.
You’re the best. Your newsletters make me lol, which is a goal all newsletter writers should have, in my opinion. I’ve enjoyed watching you experiment on Instagram and look forward to Amsterdam!
I love having a "smart, arty aunt", who writes great books and recommends other cool books too! Thanks for your e-news, wishing you safe and joyful travels.
Your newsletters make me laugh. Thank you for that. i especially loved the least successful class piece. btw, i watched the video just now on You Tube and there was another audio over yours so couldn't understand you or hear you. i turned on close captioned...and perhaps it's only happening on my computer...but it was for the entire vid.
Oh you lovely person! I just saw that beautiful recommendation. You made me teary - it means a lot. So many thanks Amy!

Oh yes, I think it'll stay up.

Landscape Artist of the Year is also fabulous. So sorry you were sick!
Why Amsterdam? Looking at your fair hair I wondered if you have family there….but can’t wait to see your ‘in real life’ impressions! Enjoy!

Happy travels to you, Amy! Just wondering if you have any idea when your next Kopp sisters book will be out?
No new Kopp novel coming, I'm sorry to say...but I am working on a new book, and you can read all about it here!

Love the color blocking - the finished sketch looks like a vintage slightly out of register serigraph! Happy travels in Amsterdam -- color me envious

Thank you, Sanford, good to hear from you!

Sounds like you are re-charging your creative juices this summer. Enjoy.
The Locked Room was good.
Just finished Hell of A Book by Jason Mott. It won Natl Book Award-Fiction last summer. It challenges your imagination.

That's so strange--it's not happening when I play it. Sorry about that!
