Exquisite timing Amy! This brought out my first smile this week and I think I can even detect a slim shaft of joy and optimism in the beauty of art and being human. xoxo
I love how Bobby's partner is barely keeping up with him to the point that she keeps looking sideways and down at him to make sure that she's in the right place of the dance routine. (I know this move intimately as someone who takes a tap dance class once a week, and has discovered no matter how many times you do a routine, you find yourself going 'Wait, what's the next step?')
This is perfect timing for me for a couple of reasons, one of which is that my husband and I just started taking social dance lessons at our community college. Our second class was this past Friday, and honestly I wasn’t sure I was in the mood to go. But we went and it was the best thing we could have done. We had so much fun—we laughed hard, we stepped on each other’s toes, we kept at it and even mastered some spin moves, and most importantly we re-connected. Watching these clips in your post made me smile. Thank you for all of this, truly. ❤️
Thanks!
Thanks for this, I need every spark of joy I can find.
Gee, why would anyone need any joy right now?
Thanks, Amy!
Thanks, Amy. Love watching dancers!
Thank you!
Ooohhh, I needed that! Thanks so much for sharing. ❤️

What a great story and dance clip(s)! I love hearing about under-celebrated people who have lived extraordinary lives!
Joyful indeed! Love it.
THANK YOU so much! You made me dance and smile.
Yay!
