Travel sketching: How do you find the time?

And today: Finding the time! I wrote out some strategies for finding the time here, but now we’re going to talk about what to DO in that time.
Draw one small thing
Don’t draw the whole lily pond. Just draw one water lily. And a couple of leaves. This one took me ten minutes and it’s my favorite of everything I drew in my demos for you. You could also do this with food, stuff for sale in a market, an architectural detail, etc.
Use a half-page or less, and color/write later
