Just a quick reminder that we’re doing a live zoom on Thursday, December 7 at 5 PM Pacific, 8 PM Eastern.

We’ll paint a delightfully abstract winter night sky. This is an incredibly easy, low-pressure art project that you basically can’t mess up. Also, these kind of loose, playful paintings made great holiday cards or gift tags.

Subscribers will also get the link on Friday, and you can watch it whenever you like.

Please do join us, even if you don’t want to paint! We can chat about anything you like. This is very low-key and laid back. Here’s the Zoom link:

Supplies:

Watercolor paper on a block, or taped down to a board or table. Be sure the paper is for watercolor, not mixed media or drawing paper.

Big paintbrushes like a mop brush or just any large brush

Lots of paper towels or cloths

Big jar of water

White, yellow, gold/silver, and/or light blue paint pens, markers, or maybe a tube of white gouache or white watercolor…
