Kopp Sisters Literary Society: Thank you!

Thank you so much for your interest, your support, your enthusiasm!

Wow, everyone!  I am both delighted and sorry to say that the response to my invitation to the Kopp Sisters Literary Society was a bit overwhelming! So many of you wanted to (a) get free books, and (b) help spread the word.

First, we had so many people apply (122, at last count) and only had slots for seven people. So I held a random drawing in a very glamorous ceremony at my kitchen table and chose those people. All of you have heard from me already, so thank you. I'm so sorry we don't just have endless quantities of these advance copies! Nothing would make me happier than to send all of you a book. Thanks to everyone who expressed an interest. It makes me feel less lonely in these very isolating times.

Second, I am utterly sincere when I say that friends recommending books to friends matters a hundred times more than what any professional book critic writes. If you can find it in your heart to write a review of any book you love (mine or anyone else's) on Amazon, Goodreads, social media... or wherever you talk about books... it will MATTER. I promise! And if you tag the author or publisher in your social media posts, they will be more delighted than you can possibly imagine. Seriously, they will probably fawn over you in their next publicity meeting.
